Currently-July

Wow, I can’t believe it is July 1st already, I am not sure where the month of June went?!  I always feel like this happens every summer.  The days start to blend into each other and before you know it August arrives!  I’m trying to enjoy every day of my summer break.  A little relaxing, a little creating, a little reading.  Ah, the summer days. 

I am excited to be linking up for Farley’s Currently July. 

Listening– I always like to have the TV on in the background as I work.  Today I am watching Gilmore Girls.  I love that show!  I can watch the seasons over and over.  Anyone else wish they lived in the small town of Stars Hollow?  

Loving– I have an obsession with watermelon.  I could it all day!  It’s the perfect summer snack!

Thinking– I have a list of activities I need to complete for grad school.  I try to tackle one thing at a time and do it throughout the week so I have the weekends to hang out and relax.  My list will get done, I think I can, I think I can.  I just need to channel some motivation…

Wanting– I have collected quite the stack of books from the library.  I need to stop putting them on hold, but whenever I see a book that interests me I just can’t resist.  I can’t wait to dive in and check a few off the list.  

Needing– some more caffeine!  I am dragging today.  I think I might grab my co-pilot (Mario) and run through the Starbucks drive thru for an Iced Chai.  I love those!  Perhaps some reading and Starbucks can be my reward after I get some homework done. 😉

All Star– I am an All Star List Maker.  I make lists for my lists.  I love post-its and I love crossing things off.  I have lists at home, school, in my car.  Everywhere you look I have a reminder for myself somewhere.
