Tech Tuesday
It’s Tuesday which means it is time for Tech Tuesday. I’m linking up with the lovely Marie from Once Upon a Classroom. I’m so glad she put this link party together, I’ve learned many valuable tech tips that I have been able to use in my classroom and share with my staff!
The technology I am going to share today is called Blendspace. It is a free website that enables you to blend your classroom with digital content. You can organize web resources in one place and then share with just one link. Also you can assess your students with the built in quizzes and then monitor their progress. I just found out about this website from a colleague during our SIP day and I am excited to use it.
Once you set up an account you can start compiling web resources into one place. A nice perk is all the videos are already safe shared so you do not have to worry about ads or inappropriate material. You simply search and then drag it into the desired folder. Another nice feature is that you can add people to your folders which enables you to collaborate and share the information.
Be sure to check out Once Upon a Classroom, Two Sassy Apples, and A Classroom Full of Smiles for more Tech Tips!
Happy Tuesday.
